Bad und Sauna haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Für 4 Personen ist das Sofa zu klein. Es fehlt noch ein Sessel.

Das Frühstück kann man dazu buchen wenn man möchte. Es hat uns ausgesprochen gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind einfach so zuvorkommend, dass wirklich keinerlei Wünsche offen bleiben. So einen netten Empfang haben wir selten erlebt. Nochmal ein dickes Lob für die freundliche Unterbringung und das absolut zauberhafte Frühstück. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen lieben Dank. :)

Für uns gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

"Our worst stay and booking.com experience to date."

The apartment looked very close to the advertised photos and I selected it for the distinct appearance.

The apartment was unacceptably cold (we had to sleep fully clothed and under multiple comforters) and the way the owner handled the problem was unacceptable. On the night of the arrival we received a check-up phone call (at 11:00 pm!) from the owner and a discount offer, which, while did not solve the problem, seemed like an act of good faith. Unfortunately, it was reneged the next morning, our complaint dismissed. Because the owners were arguing over the fee to be collected for an excessive length of time delaying our departure, we told the representative that we were leaving, the booking.com has our card number for the payment to be settled and we just have to go. What followed was unparalleled abuse: threatening us with police action, abusive language, accusations of theft and lying, mischaracterization of our actions, eventually a pittance discount offer for an unrelated issue (bath towels were unsuitable for hospitality use, dirty-grey, suitable only for usage as floor rags). All we wanted was a respectful apology for the nightmarish experience. Booking.com paid us some lip service when we registered our complaint and made no effort to get to the bottom of this, also offering us a pittance discount.

"Flexible Gastgeber und insgesamt ein tolles Wochenende"

In der ursprünglich angemieteten Unterkunft gab es Probleme mit der Heizung. Es wurde für uns aber umgehend Ersatz gefunden in Form einer weiteren Ferienwohnung in der gleichen Straße. Weiterhin gab es als Entschädigung ein kostenloses Frühstück für unsere Familie. Die Gastgeberin war sehr höflich, freundlich, bemüht und zuvorkommend. Dafür von uns eine glatte 10! Die FeWo war super gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
