"Perfekt und zentral für zwei Personen"

Wohnung sehr neu renoviert, recht neue Möbel. Riesiger Kühlschrank, große Badewanne. Lage ist zentral, alles wichtige ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist modern und familienfreundlich.

Der Vermieter war nicht/ kaum zu erreichen. Man wird im Vorhinein nicht über die Schlüsselübergabe informiert. Die Wohnung war schmutzig (staubig, Müll nicht geleert, Glassplitter/ ein Knopf lagen auf dem Boden, Küche klebrig, etc.). Es waren keine Handtücher vorhanden. Der Vermieter hat Nachrichten zum Zustand der Wohnung ignoriert.

Big apartment with kitchen and washroom

No staff, not properly clean, communication problem, no advance information provided, while chei in they did not clean the room, I have to clean the room by myself as it was very dirty
