ROGood value. The apartment is big, clean and modern. There are 2 toilets, saving time if you are a bigger group. We went for a trip to Europa Park. While it's a bit far from the entrance(15-20min), it's very close to the park exit and supermarkets. Since you will likely go shopping at the end of the day anyway, it's well positioned.
The check in experience was annoying: I messaged the day before that I will arrive at 17.00(the earliest possible check-in) but there was no one there. - I rang the apartment multiple times, no one responded, - I rang the provided phone number multiple times, it was not in service - I rang the phone number provided to Booking.com, someone responded but they didn't speak English. - After some minutes someone came to let us in but they didn't speak English. - After some more minutes someone else came who finally spoke English and we were checked in without problems. Everyone seemed to be very confused about how many guests we are in total. The other confusing thing was the available rooms and beds. The Booking.com listing clearly said 3 bedrooms for 4 guests. After booking I was told the 3rd bedroom is only available for 5+ guests. On check-in day, after much confusion, we got 3 bedrooms anyway.

CHOverall very good communication with Frank, and helpful advice on how to get around the area and enjoy EuropaPark. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the outdoor terrace is a very nice way to have a relaxing morning or evening. Very close to bakery and grocery shopping, plus a few restaurants.
Full clarity that the 3rd bedroom was not included in the scope of what we had reserved. There was some fine print on this, but it should have been made a bit clearer. However, Frank was able to help resolve this issue very quickly.

EEThe apartment is very big and accommodating for a large family. The apartment is very close to Europa Park, within walking distance. The apartment had all the necessary amenities for cooking, sleeping and showering. A baby chair and crib was provided. 2 car spaces provided for free.
It was extremly hot, the apartment does need some form of Air conditioning, although ventilators were provided, it was still very hot inside. The pillows could use updating and also linen was not on all pillows or blankets.
DEGreat value for money. Pristine condition, very clean, very spacious yet cozy. Decor lovely. Nestled between bell rock and el andulez hotel parks. We could enter park (if you already had tickets) through el andulez hotel - about 100m from apartment. Edeka and Lidl on road behind apartment. Bakery across the road. Tons of restaurants within small walking distance. Quiet location.
