"Finger weg von diesem Anbieter!"

Die Lage und das Haus von außen

- abgenutzten Möbel (Töpfe, Schränke, Schubladen) - veraltete Ausstattung und unnötige Deko (z.B. Plastikblumen und blaue Glassammlung) - Raucherwohnung !!!! - Appartement wurde wegen Wasserschsden kurzfristig umgelegt - es fehlte Ausstattung für die dritte Person, die gebucht war - katastrophale Parksituation - unhöfliches Personal (Büro war ohne Vorankündigung nicht besetzt) - zugestelltes Treppenhaus mit Sperrmüll, Hausrat und Kinderwägen (optisch kein schöner Anblick) ...haben nach einer Nacht abgebrochen. Kein Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter!

Die Wohnung Unterdeck 2 hatte ein sehr schönes altmodisches Ambiente mit Holz, schöne große Räume und war sehr schön eingerichtet Die kleine Terrasse im Hinterhof sah sehr ansprechend aus und ist sehr gemütlich Die Lage der Wohnung ist meiner Meinung nach perfekt, 5 Minuten laufen in die Stadt und 2 bis 3 Minuten ans meer

Das Sofa ist für ein Pärchen das etwas kuscheln will etwss ungeeignet und man muss Leder mögen. Ein Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer wäre geeigneter und komfortabler gewesen, anstatt zwei zusammengestellte Einzelheiten, die etwas geknarrt haben und zwischen den Betten eine große Lücke war Die Tür vom Kühlschrank schleifte beim auf und zu machen immer am Schrank daneben Das Geschirr, Besteck und die Küchenutensielien waren leider vom Vorgänger etwas dreckig, vorallem die Reste Öl in den Pfannen

gemütliche kleine Wohnung, sehr ruhig gelegen, schöner Innenhof, sehr zentrumsnah, wenige Minuten zum Bäcker, Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit im Flur

bei Sauberkeit ist Luft nach oben, allerdings ist es ein altes Gemäuer, welches vielleicht auch ein bisschen arbeitet

Wir haben eine Unterkunft gebucht, diese war dann nicht verfügbar... 2 Nächte haben wir eine kleinere Ausweiichwohnung erhalten.. danach eine große Wohnung allerdings im 2ten OG mit enger steiler Wendeltreppe, keine Badewanne... für meine Eltern, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind eher schlecht Auf Antwort einer von mir geschriebenen Email wegen eines finanziellen Entgegenkommens warte ich schon einige Tage....

"Lovely historic apartment near the harbor"

It was a wonderful location and a beautiful historic space, lots of room to have family over. A nice patio and lots of windows for light and airflow and comfortable beds and living areas. I would stay here again and recommend this apartment.

The soaking tub was broken and that was a big disappointment. The dresser drawers kept falling off the track so we couldn't use them for our clothes. It was rather loud from the upstairs guests and noise from cars and passers-by. I needed earplugs at night. The bathroom vent had to stay on or it got a bit stinky, little things.
