Großzügige Wohnung. Sehr ruhige Lage. Nordstrand fußläufig 8 Minuten entfernt und mit Fahrrad 3 Minuten. Innenstadt 15-20 Minuten entfernt und mit Fahrrad 10 Minuten.

Kein Balkon oder kleine Terrasse (um z.B.: Morgenkaffee zu trinken oder zu Frühstücken; oder Strandhandtücher und Badesachen zu trocknen). Kein Sonnenschutz am Küchenfenster. Keinerlei Insektenschutz an den Fenstern.
