Surfer Loft with AC and sun terrace

Location very good: within short walking distance from tube station with regular trains to city centre. Appartment quite, fairly clean, well equipped, decently priced for what you get, but see below.

Everything a bit tired (curtains have seen better days, and in the living room it's impossible to draw them); kitchen tiny, hardly any worktop available because of (handy :) dish washer on top of it; very narrow breakfast bar; no decent table, as many guests have observed. The ladder to the loft would porbably not pass inspection from health and safety authority. Please at least fit the steps wiht anti-slip protection, and preferably also a hand rail, also at the top, so that it's less scary to desscend. Mattresses and bedding also tired: mattresses sagging, pillows very thin. Don't be misled, as I was, by the last photo on the appartment website: this is NOT the appartment building!

Little light, a bit too cold on our arrival and the fact that we have to do cleaning up in an apartment advertised on booking.com . I mean, it seems more like AirBnB style

It is large with two bedrooms and it has a good view. Although it is far away from the city centre, there is tram line 66 nearby and some buses to go to the centre. The host is kind and responds quickly.

There are many plants in the room but with dust on the leaves so it seems that the house hasn't been cleaned for a long time. There is problem with the sink in the bathroom because sometimes the water doesn't go down. Besides, we cannot understand why the shower bath couldn't be closed (we think there is a missing door in the shower bath) and it is easy to cause a flood after taking a shower.
