Very comfortable beds

Not enough kitchenware

Getting into the property was easy, parking was available right outside, beds/couch were already prepared and easily moved to where we needed them (for the kids), the apartment is well equipped without any decorative knick-knack (also good with small children). We had to ask for a few things but the hosts responded quickly and provided the requested items. Shopping is nearby and a bakery is very close as is a neat playground.

Some of the items promised were not available: tumble dryer definitely not, a clothing rack was provided on request. The kitchen equipment is rather spartan (no strainer, no salt/oil/pepper/sugar/bread knife) but for a short stay you can make due! The entire apartment is facing the road, which is rather busy and the trucks and tractors make a fair amount of noise all day & into the evening (night is ok, 23h-5am). We got the TV to work, but it didn't have a lot of options for kids and no netflix/internet connection.

Clean, tidy appartment, flexibel personel. We stayed only 1 night, the bed was very comfortable. The location is good, it is a restaurant and a beergarden in 200m. There is a small market at the opposite side of the road. In 30 minutes walk you can reach ALDI, DM, REWE.

By booking it was an airport transfer possibility offered, but there is no option for that. I think it is not the appartment's mistake. I cannot reach them by phone, only by booking message.

The property had most of the items required for a very comfortable stay. Nicely decorated.

I received no information on how to access the property, despite requesting the information. We arrived very late and had to contact the property owner for instructions. The owner refused to answer the phone and insisted on giving me instructions via WhatsApp. The worst part about the stay, however, was the very smelly towels that were supplied. Not only did they smell foul, they also left your skin smelling the same as the towels. After the first day I wrote to the owner requesting new towels. He wrote back indicating that he will supply new towels, but he never did! In the end, we had to dry ourselves with paper towels!

Disputes can easily arise with neighbors in the apartment because their slippers are placed at the door of the apartment. Misunderstandings may arise due to placement issues, leading to property losses.

I like it that the Host was responsive, friendly and that the apartment was super neat.

There was no microwave, oven, dishwasher and sweeping brush 🧹.
