Hotline erreichbar, allerdings sehr kurze Servicezeiten

Bett ist durchgelegen, auch wenn man kein Wäscheservice bucht, erwartet man wenigstens Spüli oder sonstiges zum saubermachen (auch ein Wischtuch)! Das Geschirr war dreckig und die Töpfe sehr fettig, anscheinend vom Vormieter. Die ganze Buchung ist nur digital, man wird zugespamt mit unnötigen Informationen und die wirklich wichtigen sind nicht zu finden. Für Menschen die öffentlich reisen ist es eine Zumutung, da das Servicebüro und die Schlüsselrückgabe nicht am Objekt erfolgt sondern 5 km entfernt.
