Für uns war die Lage, gerade über Sylvester, das wichtigste, da wir das Geböller in Berlin schon extrem nervig finden. Hier war es recht ruhig und man konnte nachts schlafen. Der Vermieter war stets erreichbar und freundlich.

Leider war die Wohnung an einigen Stellen nicht gut gereinigt. Das Backblech war extrem verschmutzt, aber auch der Plastik-Geschirrständer war erneuerungsbedürftig. Kostet alles nicht die Welt, daher kaum nachvollziehbar.
