Lovely location with beautiful views

Not suitable for a family. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and no pillows were left for the children so we gave them ours. The children’s bed wasn’t made up when we arrived which felt unwelcoming. The master bed was made up with two horizontal single sheets. The flat is well appointed but the kitchen is too small and badly laid out. There were dead flies everywhere, dirt in the corners, dirty cups and plates in the draws and a dirty glass left outside from previous guests. The overhead shower in the en suite didn’t work. The WiFi didn’t work for over 24 hours. We were disappointed with the appalling level of customer service trying to sort out various issues. All they were interested in was charging us two extra euros because of an issue in price difference in £ versus euros on booking.com and they couldn’t even provide a solution to that! Given all the issues it was not at all worth the price.
