KM3 Apartment

all the facilities were good and very near to waterfalls

The location of the apartment is fantastic, just beside a big supermarket. 3 min walking distance from Triberg waterfalls. Even we could hear the waterfall sound from the room. We were able to see beautiful sunrise from the rooms. The nearest bus stop is 2 min walking distance. The apartment is very clean and spacious with all the useful amenities. The host, Mr. Masood is very generous, provided necessary information. The stay comes with Konus card which allows to travel within Black Forest region in train and buses with no cost. Triberg waterfall entry and museum entry are also included in the card.

The room heater in one of the room was not working properly. It was a little bit annoying for the stay. Another minor issue: the apartment is in the top third floor without lift. As expected the wooden staircase was a narrow one. Person with big luggage may face problems.

Heating was almost zero in the room and probably the owner was aware about it because, to compensate it, a "hand palm" size electrical heater was present in room. It didn't help. On top of it if the bed covers were warm, it would have helped but neither did those help.

Good overall

WiFi speed was a big issue. They need to fix this ASAP. Internet is one of the most important commodities these days.

Room is very spacious and comfortable. Clean bathroom. Adequately equiped kitchen. The view is wonderfully and pretty close to all attractions and parking.

The host was very nice and very forthcoming with information. The location was great. It was very calm & very clean.

The apartment was not the one booked due to a toilets issue in the planned one. We've asked for two bedroom and we ended up with a huge one with two bed and two other small beds outside in the living room. For a numerous group it is great but for two lads who wanted a double bed in two separate room it could have be better. Obviously it was not the owner's fault and the apartment was nice just the balcony was not fully finished / usable. A minor setback.

Excellent location, you can hear mild sound of water falls in the night. Rooms were exactly as in the pictures
