Gorgeous view! Nice appartment.

The bedroom in the basement was somewhat musty; opening the window beforehand would help. Please remove the dead tree in front of the terrace.

Perfect location for any season. We were there in the winter and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful view. The apartment is warm and welcoming and offers everything you might need for a self-catering apartment.

"Great apartment in a good location. Stunning view."

Really nice apartment with a stunning view from the decking. Very clean and had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and a nice new bathroom. Great shower. Lovely area, lots to do. Not to far from Garmisch which has plenty of good mountains. Also lots to do in Obergammerau.

Bedroom being on a lower level is a bit frustrating, but we knew it before we booked. Bed could be more comfortable and it’s possibly time to invest in some newer more comfortable bedding. Guest card is limited, most discounted places we tried to use it didn’t take it anymore. Also the parking pass talked about is missing. But these are very minor things. It is a lovely apartment in a stunning setting.

The manager didn't speak English even though they say on the website that he does.

"4 people's bedroom level down the narrow stairs and 1 bathroom level up"

Kitchen and terrace equipment all you need, comfortable beds and nice linen and towels, clean and comfortable if not only one thing - narrow stairs down to cellar floor where bedroom was located - toilet room one level up though

there is also an underground garage place but we have got view times neighbours approached with different requests (one was to remove the bike trailer which was not actually on their way and then for other things where we didn't even bother them) it seemed people were just not welcoming :(

The apartment was in a beautiful spot was great surroundings

The apartment isn't really for seniors or very young children as the bedroom is down these little narrow stairs and there is no toilet on the same floor as the bedroom there was no washer or dryer available
