Apartment am Zwingerteich

Apartment in sehr guter Lage in Dresden. Gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Modernes Gebäude mit Fahrstuuhl. Schöner kleiner Balkon.

Die Einrichtung hätte für meinen Geschmack etwas stil- und liebevoller sein können. Man schaut vom Bett auf die schlichte Küchenzeile, was wenig romantisch ist. Man könnte mehr aus diesem Apartment machen. Parkplatzsituation vor Ort schwierig.

As the name says it’s close to the palace and all other attractions. Prompt response to the messages and the requests.

Finding the key to the property takes some effort, as the key locker and the property are separated for some distances . It Would be fun for a city game, but may be frustrated when you are in a hurry to get in to rest.

The localization was very close to Zwinger,main square and Dresden castle. The neighbourhood was quiet. Apartament was clean and had everything that was needed. In kitchen we could find all neccessary equipment to cook something ex. pan, pot, plates.... We did not have any problem with finding a locker with a key, but it is not at the same building but about 5 minutes by foot. The locker was on the way to apartment from train station. We did not have to change a route just for a key. I would recommend this apartment because it was quiet, clean and near main atractions. There are few shops near, one even in the same building. I can not say anything about parking because we came to Dresden by train. The other advantage was that they allowed us to stay 2 hours longer than checkout. It was really nice as we needed a bit more of time.

The only small disadvantage was a smell, probably from cleaning chemicals. It was not plesant at the beginning. I would just prefer different one. And I was expecting that a person from the apartament would speak just a bit of english. As a beginner in german it was hard to communicate by phone calls as I could not understand some words. However with a translator there was no problem in communication via SMS. The person from apartament was always answering.
