Ferienwohnung Zoja

This apartment exceeded my expectations. I'd read previous reviews so was comfortable with the booking but it's the first time I booked in a different country with a potential language barrier so was a little nervous of anything unexpected happening. However I needn't have worried. The host was excellent, communicating via the booking chat and WhatsApp (Google Translate did the work). Very responsive, and incredibly helpful. Keys were easily located and the apartment was perfect. Clean, fabulous location for Europa Park (we had been before but stayed onsite previously) and enough space to be comfortable for us, 2 adults and 2 children. We especially liked the kitchenette area which allowed us to self cater using the local Lidl. The only thing I missed (being British and used to cooler nights) was a fan to use overnight but that's no complaint at all on the apartment and more me feeling the heat!

Good location, near the hotel guest entrance (yet, far from the main entrance). The apartment had (almost) everything you need for a short stay. I liked the fact that coffee was available although we brought our own. The terrace was nice, although we had no time to use it, we basically just spent the night.

Well, the communication with the host took a bit longer and more messages than usual, although it was ok. Although we brought our own towels, it was quite unusual that only hand towels are included. The pillows were not my cup of tea, but we were so tired that in the end we had a good sleep. All in all it is a nice and clean apartment and we would book again.

Very close to the Europa park hotels entrance, very clean. Easy communication with owner (through google translate). Comfortable bed.

Basic accommodation with all the essentials, no extras (no shower gel and few towels).
