"war schön"

Sauber, ordentlich und nette Vermieter.

Kleinigkeiten erneuern bzw. ersetzen würden es extrem aufwerten. Statt eine Vitrine mit SchnichSchnack wäre ein Kleiderschrank nützlich. Duschwand wäre auch gut, und ein neuer Duschkopf.
