Modern and well-equipped; it felt like brand new, and it was very clean. Big TV screen and comfy sofa in the living room. Nice touch with the natural light in the bathroom.

We were coming from abroad, and that same day I realized before leaving that I had not received the key code to open the door remotely. I called the property and received the key code with the instructions to download the app. Hopefully I did it then when I still had Wi-Fi at home, as I could have been in trouble if I had not done so. We arrived very late to the property (just after midnight), and it was not easy to find the place. The front door was not at the level of the street, but upstairs in the shopping mall. I called the property several times and I managed to reach somebody who indicated me where was the good place to stand and how to unlock the doors. Should I have received this info in advance, I would have figured it out earlier, and avoided the stress and the calls. For the checkout, the key code of the app was disabled automatically sharp at 10:00, so I could not close physically the door two minutes after the hour as the door knob has moved to try to close a door which was still open while I was pulling the last bags. I called the property owner and I got help. Some 5-7 minutes of margin for the deactivation of the key lock after the checkout hour would have been welcome.
