WC in badkamer is met 4 personen onhandig, omdat douchen en naar toilet gaan extra tijd kost..

Prachtig ruim en modern ingericht appartement. Rustige locatie. Parkeerplaats direct naast het appartement. Prima start locatie voor diverse fietstochten.

Toch redelijk ver van het oude Monschau. Niet veel te beleven in de directe omgeving.

Very nice Appartment, above a quiet 'Fleischerei'. Very clean and big. Nice Kitchen with clean oven, Fridge and Freeze.

"They are thieves ! They wanted us to pay another €120 on top of what paid."

Shape ,space is not for Human beings. They lied to us that they have an internet ,it was barely to receive an message due to lack of internet.We were unable to make a call .Missed our important calls and we unable to complete our work assignments. Management saw friend who brought us food to eat as the place there was no place open to buy something to eat ,they shouted,intimidated us by saying that no one should come to see us to the place.They wanted us to pay $120 on top of what we paid before.Lounge 7 is awful to stay in and management need management training to how to talk to the customers. It is hard to communicate with them due to Barriers language ! They speak a few words in English.

Management need to do the training how to treat people, we were wolked in before checking out ,shouting,intimidating us! This is not acceptable .The place that represented on Booking.Com is not founded on our arrival.Wrong information were given !no internet ,picture given is not that we found ! We were bumping to the sides due to low roof !
