Schlüsselübergabe und "Check-In" waren völlig problemlos. Eine kleine Herausforderung hat R. Zeitler schnell und unkompliziert zur besten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Er wohnt nebenan und ist in 1 Minute vor Ort. Die Unterkunft ist neu, modern, super sauber und technisch auf dem neusten Stand. Es ist an alles gedacht worden. Bestens und empfehlenswert.

"Ein Satz mit X - das war nix !!!"

Wir mit zwei Kindern angereist und haben vor Ort erfahren, dass die gebuchten Zimmer nicht frei sind. Wir bekamen unseren Reisepreis in bar ausgezahlt und wurden weg geschickt. Sprachlos und mit zwei nicht zu beschreibend traurigen Kindern fuhren wir wieder nach Hause. Wir verzichten hier auf Beschimpfungen, es kann sich sicher jeder selbst seine Meinung bilden ...

"Ein schönes Weihnachtsmarkt-Wochenende in Treuen."

Die Ferienwohnung war groß, modern ausgestattet und sauber. Sie entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Der Zugang zum Haus über Türcode-Schloss und bereitgestellte Chip-Schlüssel für die Wohnung war gut organisiert. Der Vermieter hat täglich mal nachgesehen und gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Die Inbetriebnahme des modernen Induktionskochfelds hat uns herausgefordert. Eine kurze Bedienungsanleitung hätte geholfen. Gewünscht hätten wir uns noch das Vorhandensein eines Toasters sowie bessere Ablage- / Trockenmöglichkeiten für die nassen Handtücher von vier Personen.
