Altbauwohnung am Gutenbergplatz

Alles super sauber, tolle stylische Einrichtung. Alles in der Küche da, vom spülmaschinentab bis zum Kaffeepad. Dass die Vermieterin ihre Wohnung gut behandelt, sieht man daran, dass die Messer in der Küche scharf sind. Das ist bei den meisten Ferienwohnungen nicht so 😉

It was superbly equipped, from the kitchen to bathroom etc, everything you could think of was there.

The pillows on the beds were a bit flat for me personally, otherwise all good.

The apartment is located in a pleasant residential area. Comfortable, spacious and attractively furnished and fully furnished and equipped. The WiFi-WLAN works fine and has an excellent reach and connection. The apartment was “spic and span” clean and with some very nice amenities. The house is on the first floor but easily accessible if you have good mobility. Parking in the immediate vicinity is free but rather a matter of luck as far as distance from the house is concerned. The key service worked fine. An extra positive comment for the sympathetic “Mama Than” where we could pick up the key. Also a great place to eat.

In bad weather, the distance from parking is a potential issue. It is not possible to simply pack and unpack luggage in front of the door during the work hours. No problem at all for us, but ambient noises (back and street side) can reverberate fairly loudly when the window is open.
