Lage und das Potenzial der Wohnung

Geschirrspüler kaputt, Auflagen auf den Balkon setzen Moos an, Stühle Tische auf dem Balkon (Holz) nicht gepflegt, Fehrsehen quasi unmöglich.

Die Lage war gut. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und 1 Straße weiter gibt es schon die ersten Bars, wo es leckere Cocktails und Essen gibt. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, um ins Dachgeschoss zu kommen. Die Größe der Wohnung und der Dachterrasse waren angenehm für 2 Personen.

Die Möbel und Sitzkissen auf der Terrasse sollten ausgetauscht werden. Im Badezimmer roch es sehr muffig, als wir ankamen. Wenn man ordentlich lüftet wird man den Geruch recht schnell los.
