Sehr schöne Unterkunft und überaus Serviceorientiertes Personal. So erhielten wir völlig unkompliziert ein Upgrade und ein Appartement mit erstklassigem Schlossblick.

Parksituation ist unübersichtlich, direkte Zuweisung der Parkplätze zum Appartement wäre wünschenswert.

Unkomplizierte Übergabe der Wohnung. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade (3 statt 2 Schlafzimmer) erhalten.

Gesonderte Stellplatz-Gebühren sollte es in einer "geschlossenen" Wohnanlage nicht geben.

Fährt man im Hochsommer braucht man vielleicht auch mal einen Wäscheständer für Badesachen.

"Wir würden wiederkommen"

Die Wohnung war sehr modern eingerichtet, die Küchenecke etwas klein, reicht aber für 2, die Desgnmöbel im Wohnbereich waren unbequem, also nichts zum bequem Sitzen geeignet,man muss eben das Beste draus machen, Schlafen konnten wir fast wie zu Hause,das ist wichtig.Der junge Mann vom Einchecken ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings hatten wir bei Ankunft Sennhütte 1 erhalten und nicht die 5,die Gegend ist sehr schön und man kann viel unternehmen Wir würden wiederkommen

Die Mülltonnen müssten irgendwie schöner platziert werden,ebenso die gelben Tonnen,die neben unserem Eingang standen Dufthänger in die Toiletten, die haben noch nie sowas gesehen ebenso mal die Toilettenbürsten austauschen Bequemer Möbel im Wohnbereich
