"Beautiful view of the lake."

The view was fantastic.

I did not realize that the apartment had a steep road to the city so we could not easily plan a bike tour with our normal bikes around the lake. If you have e bikes this is hardly an issue.

"Wat een uitzicht!"

Prachtige locatie, prima appartement, goede gastvrouw. Alles was aanwezig, tot zelfs een prima parkeerplek voor de auto. Een plek om terug te komen, wat een uitzicht! En elke ochtend verse broodjes, bij de deur!!

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, ist modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben im EG gewohnt und die großzügige Terrasse oft genutzt. Neben Sonnenstühlen und einem großen Tisch sind sogar Liegen vorhanden. Die großen Panoramafenster bieten eine tollen Ausblick über den Bodensee. Das Fahrzeug kann in einer der zwei Garagen mit jeweils sechs großflächigen Parkplätzen abgestellt werden, Fahrräder finden in einem separaten, trockenen Raum Platz. Großartig! Frau Heckler ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastgeberin. Neben vielen Informationen wie z.B. "Mit der Bodenseekarte dürfen Sie kostenlos Busse und Züge nutzen" bietet sie einen Brötchenservice, so dass man jeden morgen frische Backwaren ans Appartement geliefert bekommt. Anmerkung: in den Zügen darf man ebenfalls kostenlos Fahrräder mitnehmen, so dass auch ausgedehnte Fahrradtouren möglich sind. Die Lage ist fantastisch, da man auf ca. 520 m wohnt und einen herrlichen Ausblick hat. Der direkte, schöne Weg zu Fuß/mit dem Fahrrad zur Uferpromenade ist 2,5 km lang und hat nur 120 Höhenmeter bei moderatem Gefälle/moderater Steigung. Eine Schussfahrt mit dem Fahrrad macht großen Spaß. Eine Buslinie verkehrt zwischen Appartement und Busbahnhof (nahe Uferpromenade). Auch der nah liegende, schöne Ort Meersburg (ca. 15 km) lädt zum Verweilen (und aufgrund guter Restaurants mit regionaler Küche zum Essen gehen) ein.

Fantastic view

No air conditioning, so it was very hot during nights as the weather was extremely hot during our stay.
