Die Fewo ist zwar klein, dafür aber sehr fein. Auch längere Aufenthalte für bis zu zwei Personen sollten überhaupt kein Problem sein. Auch bei längeren Aufenthalten lässt die Ausstattung keinerlei Wünsche offen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, die Sauberkeit vorbildlich und die Kommunikation mit der Vermiererin klappte reibungslos. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch den kostenlosen Parkplatz und die Lage; in wenigen Minuten Fußmarsch sind die Innenstadt oder das Schloss erreichbar. Unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Gotha werden wir wieder hier verbringen.

Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Die Lage ist super. Sehr schnell in der Innenstadt und zu einem Einkaufszentrum. Auch der Parkplatz im Innenhof war super.

Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein.

Frühstück habe ich selbst gemacht, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Reservierter Parkplatz im Innenhof. Bäckerei nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Sauberkeit von Wohnung und Wäsche war Top. Die Altstadt und das Schloss zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

die Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter bei Fragen, ist sehr lobenswert zu erwähnen. Familie Neubauer kümmert sich auch um die kleinsten Problemchen sofort und zuverlässig

einige kleine Mängel, z.B.: Türgriffe sind locker, Wohnungseingangstüre schlägt sehr laut zu, Parkplätze sind leider alle belegt gewesen
