"Es war für eine Woche soweit in Ordnung"

Moderne Einrichtung, Balkon sehr klein, kein Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarn! Wäre schön Das Bad etwas schmuddlig , Duschewände sehr verkalkt und staubig, vor allem der kleine Heizungskasten. Durch den Bäcker, kann man morgens kein Fenster auflassen ab 4 Uhr sehr unruhig durch das Abladen der Ware. Auf dem Balkon alte Hundehaare und Spinngewebe. Teilweise waren Gläser und Besteck vom Vorgänger schmutzig. Hygienisch nicht einwandfrei. Für eine Woche war es in Ordnung. Um die Dusche zu reinigen benutzen sie mal Klarspüler für Geschirrspüler zum reinigen. Hält Kalkflecken mehr ab !! MfG Familie Schlender

Unruhe durch Hauptstraße und Bäckerei Der Balkon ist sehr klein. Mit einem etwas größeren Auto ist die Tiefgarage nicht praktisch, das Ein und ausparken, kostet schon Nerven. Nur für kleine Autos geeignet. Sehr dichte Stellfläche.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Ortsmitte und direkt neben einem Park. Es sind nur ein paar Gehminuten zur Strandpromenade.
