"Exceptional"

Wystój niespotykany dotychczas dla nas, ale bardzo ładny. Wygodne łóżka, wyposażenie bardzo dobre. Balkon z krzesłami i stolikiem, piękny widok na pola ii lasy. Można było skorzystać z ogródka- huśtawka, trampolina, domek drewniany dla dzieci. Zwierzaki - koty, króliki, świnki morskie, baranki, krowy. Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy sok jabłkowy własnej produkcji. Sympatyczni właściciele. Cisza, spokój.

Bicie dzwonów co 15 min w kościele położonym ok 50 m od apartamentu. Problem z wodą z powodu regeneracji źródeł ( nie b6la to wina właścicieli , ale jednak to było utrudnienie). Dość słaby internet.

Sehr schöne Lage, gute Luft, unverbaubare Vernsicht. Für Kinder und Jugendliche gute Freizeitbeschäftigungsmöglichkeiten ( Tischtennis, Trampolin, Spielplatz...)

"lovely peaceful place"

the 2 bed apartment is in a lovely traditional house in a small farming community. the church bells, the cattle with bells, very rustic and only 3km from the centre of Miesbach, with all supermarkets, shops and good train connections. Farmland on the foothills of the Alps, with no city noise or rumble. Rosenheum is the bigger city nearby, and Munich and Salzburg are also easy to go to.
