"Sicher nicht der letzte Besuch, gerne nochmal."

Die Lage ist absolut Top. Dadurch, dass es etwas "außerhalb" ist, ist es auch Nachts sehr ruhig. Zudem ist der Ausblick hervorragend.

Die Dusche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktioniert und war absolut zufriedenstellend.

"Gute Wahl für einen Eisenach-Besuch"

Die Wohnung ist schön groß, wobei das Highlight natürlich die kleine Dachterrasse ist, nicht einsehbar aus der Umgebung. Großer Wohnraum, große Couch, großer Esstisch. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, zahlreiches Besteck und Geschirr: Sehr gut. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig (Randgebiet), vorm Haus fanden wir immer einen Parkplatz. Einkaufsmarkt ca. vier Minuten zu Fuß. Gute Lichtquellen überall.

Die Waschbeckenarmatur hätte schon länger erneuert werden müssen, grün angelaufen, korrodiert. - Das leidige Problem in Ferienwohnungen: Durchgelegene Matratzen, wobei das Bett gut und groß ist. - Das Treppenhaus macht nicht so den seriösen Eindruck, Aufbruchspuren an einer Wohnungstür.

Es war alles sehr sauber und sah genau aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und ich wurde herzlich mit kleinen Details begrüßt.
