Ferienhaus Westermann, 4 Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Businesswohnung, Monteurzimmer

Sehr gut war die Nähe zum Wald und Wanderwegen. Bei schlechtem Wetter konnten wir die Therme in unmittelbarer Nähe nutzen.

Für Senioren waren die Treppen nicht optimal- Wohnung ist aber auch als Monteurwohnung ausgeschrieben.

It was all very clean and had everything we needed. For the price we paid since we could devide it by 8 people it was amazing. Big bedrooms. Nicely decorated, they thought of everything.

That one room doesnt have a door and the only way out is through another bedroom. Maybe its in the discription and i didnt see it. Personally we'd take oit the heater and make a door where the heater is. Another thing that isnt that convenient but cant complain for the money is that if you are with 8 people you have to share the bathroom with 8 people 😅 luckily there is an extra toilet available.

Das ganze Haus war schön hell und modern, liebevoll und mit Auge für‘s Detail eingerichtet. Das Bad schien neu zu sein, und insgesamt scheinen die Vermieter stetig am Haus zu feilen, um es noch schöner zu machen. Das einzige, das mir gefehlt hat, waren ein paar mehr Kleiderbügel, die hätte Frau Westermann aber bestimmt noch vorbeigebracht, wenn ich sie darum gebeten habe. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu meckern, die Kommunikation war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Frau Westermann war immer erreichbar. Das Müllsystem der Stadt Salzgitter ist anders als bei uns in Hessen, Papiermüll wird zB nicht in Tonnen am Haus gesammelt sondern muss zu Containern an der Straße gebracht werden. War aber vollkommen ok, der nächste Container war um die Ecke. Man konnte fußläufig alles erreichen, vom Café über den Bäcker hin zum Supermarkt. Die Gegend an sich ist sehr ruhig, Parkplätze waren immer frei direkt vorm Haus. Top!

We have stayed at this accommodation on previous visits. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable for our family. On this visit there was condiments provided which was convenient (sugar, honey, salt, etc). The shower has good pressure and the bathroom is spacious - there is also a 2nd toilet downstairs. The heating is good and towels plentiful. The host is responsive and was able to quickly provide us with an iron when we needed it.

The hosts were happy to meet us at our convenience, The property was great, clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 6 of us. The Garden was great also, with space for the kids to run around and play.

The property doesn't have a washing machine which makes things difficult when staying for two and a half weeks with four children.
