"I would stay there again"

The host was very friendly and helpful, giving tips of the city and being comprehensive/flexible with the check-in time since we had a traffic jam that delayed our arrival.

I would suggest to improve or, at least explain, the water heating system (it was a bit tricky to understand it. So, maybe adding some explanation about the switch in the living room would help). Also, I think a double bed in the bedroom instead of two single ones would be better.

The location was very good and the apartment was spacious and spotless clean. I can definitely highly recommend this very well equipped and beautiful apartment

Friendly host, it was clean and had everything for our one night stay.

It would be nice for guests that arrive on Sundays, that coffee or beverages are available for sale. Even though we are aware of the extreme heating costs in Germany, it would be nice to have at least 60 to 65 degrees in the living area and the bathroom. Unfortunately no heater worked with 40 degrees outside.
