Das ganze Häuschen war toll, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Auch der kostenfreie Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe war super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen.

Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub ohne ständigen Streit mit den Vermietern, ohne andauernde Lärmbelästigung und nicht funktionstüchtige Hauselektronik haben möchte ist hier DEFINITIV an der falschen Adresse! Ab Anreisetag mussten wir mit Nicht funktionstüchtigen elektrischen Fensterschlössern und Rolläden in den Schlafzimmern und im Badezimmer zurecht kommen, was das Lüften und Abdunkeln unmöglich machte. Ab dem zweiten Tag wurden wir ab 7 Uhr morgens durch eine Baustelle direkt an der Unterkunft (keine 4 m entfernt von den Schlafzimmern, ständiger Lärm durch Baustellenfahrzeuge- und Maschinen, etc.) aus dem Bett gerissen. Diese Lärmbelästigung kam vollkommen unangekündigt (Keinerlei Information durch die Vermieter, obwohl Baustelle bekannt war) und hielt den gesamten Aufenthalt an. Ausschlafen und Erholung - Fehlanzeige. Nach unzähligen Diskussionen bzgl. einer Mietminderung sicherte der Vermieter eine kleine Erstattung zu unter "bestimmten Auflagen" wenn wir persönliche Daten (Name, Anschrift, etc.) von allen Gästen heraus geben, dazu noch Geheimhaltungsvereinbarungen unterzeichnen, in denen wir uns dazu verpflichten auf gar keinen Fall irgendwelche Bewertungen auf Websites, etc. abzugeben und einen "No Show" in Booking.com unterzeichnen sollen, was bedeutet, dass wir niemals in der Unterkunft angekommen sind. Ab diesem Punkt haben wir umgehend die weitere Diskussion mit den Vermietern abgebrochen, da es sich hier um eine Einforderung von persönlichen Daten handelt und versucht wurde uns "Mundtot" zu machen. Wir haben uns daher direkt an Booking.com gewendet, um den Fall aktenkundig zu machen. Es wurde versucht eine schlechte Bewertung um jeden Preis zu verhindern. Jegliche Kritik wurde dabei unter den Teppich gekehrt und Aussagen wurden relativiert (bspw. "Andere Mieter haben in der gleichen Zeit sich nicht so beschwert und gute Bewertungen da gelassen").

Beautiful estatics, everything was functional and easy to operate. Instructions provided to the guests were neatly and precisely written. The free parking lot was not far from the apartment.

Would definitely plan a trip to Munich only to stay in this fully automated house. Exactly as shown in the pictures, a two-floor bright, wooden appartment totally yours, with large windows that have great view and shutters that can be automatically closed, temperature regulator, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one of which with hanging chair) one large bathroom with two sinks, one restroom, a large living room and multiple sofas and chairs to sit remotely if you wish. The 80-90s atmosphere with the retro airplane in the entrance hall and the car serving as a hanging car next to the door, the wooden carved owls in some of the columns complemented this luxury, rustic ambience. Finally, the mechanic of entering the house also automated. I am glad that I booked there, the least expensive option for our family Munich vacation.

Even though only 6minutes walk away from the train station, the 38 minutes distance would make it a deterrent for some families. Moreover, the wall that divided our appartment with the other wasn't soundproof and it could be annoying if the others didn't respect the quiet hours (especially the second bedroom next to the wall).

This is a very nice house in Pocking, very convenient for visiting Lake Starnberg and the area - by car. The walk to the lakeside or central Pocking is a bit long unless you have a car. The house was very nice, a combination of old style and modern "smart house" infrastructure. Checking in using a code was easy and smooth, WiFi good and strong, everything clean and worked well. There are actually two toilets (the webpage mentioned only one) - good. Interaction with host very pleasant and convenient. No designated parking but there is a big parking lot at the end of the street, past the school. Overall very nice stay.

While we stayed there was construction work across the street - noisy. But this is probably finished by now. Location - you must have a car, or else it is not convenient. These are minor things

Awesome property. It was good idea to built house from wood. We were very satisafied with that. I will recommend this to my friends etc.

Maybe sinks in which stayed water. Nice for look with "fish design" but not practical.
