Gemütliche kleine Wohnung, sauber und ordentlich, gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz, Supermarkt, Apotheke und Tramhaltestelle vor der Tür

Für die Schlüsselübergabe musste man erst an eine andere Adresse fahren (mit Auto machbar, für Reisende per ÖV wäre dies beschwerlich). Vorschlag: Gut wäre noch ein Vorleger, bzw. eine Schuhablage für nasse Schuhe - zum Schutz für den Flurboden.

Host flexibility and desire to help. Rewe supermarket and pharmacy are just next to the flat. Apartment is clean, warm, equipped with everything you need.

Mind that you have to pick up the key in other location. Flat is not really in walkable distance, you'll have to use transport to get to the centre and back because of the hill.

Wohnung im 3.Stock nit Balkon, sauber, bequeme Betten, Parkplätze vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten paar Minuten entfernt. In die Stadt kann man mit der Straßenbahn fahren und das dauert ca.10 min.

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut, sowohl für Ausflüge, als auch die Anbindung an die Stadt und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Bei Ankunft die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Das wurde dann jedoch mit dem Vermieter zufriedenstellend geklärt.
