Clean and very well equipped apartment with comfortable beds, easy check-in/out, friendly and helpful landlord, location is good and near the centrum 15 min walking or close public transport options, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.. So, highly recommended and I will definitly stay in here again on my Dortmund trips..

Die frühzeitige Übermittlung der Türcodes vor der Anreise, das Anbiente und die Ausstattung der Wohnung (Nr. 6) mit allen grundlegend notwendigen Dingen (je 2 Handtücher, Seife, Duschzeug, Fön, (völlig ausreichende, zwekcmäßige) Küchenausstattung, bequeme Betten (zumindest das Doppelbett - Person 3 bzw. 4 schlafen auf einer Schlafcorch oder KLappbett in der Küche - weniger komfortabel, aber ausreichend zweckmäßig), schöne & moderne, suabere (!!!) helle Wohnung, Fußbodenheizung, Nespresso-Maschine (Kapseln selbst mitbringen, falls man mehrfach Kaffee trinken möchte), ... Kiosks und Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bäckereinen, S-Bahn-Station in Laufnähe .. Wir waren absolut zufrieden

eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Kombi-Mikrowelle wäre super - hätten wir auf Nachfrage aber bestimmt bekommen :)

"Zentral gelegenes, zweckmäßig ausgestattetes Appartment."

Das Appartment war zweckmäßig ausgestattet und lag sehr zentral. Der Vermieter war sehr nett.

Die Gegend in der das Appartment liegt ist stark migrantisch geprägt und sehr dreckig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausreichend, allerdings an vielen Stellen nicht in Stand gehalten (Möbelfurnier abgeplatzt, Folie wirft Blasen, etc.). Außerdem war es in der Wohnung relativ dreckig, unsere Socken waren stark verschmutzt nach mehreren Stunden in der Wohnung
