The apartment was very clean (including the dishes), both bed and sofa bed very comfy, quiet around, no problem with hot water for 4 people showering one after one. Not only enough coffee capsules, but also mineral water and chocolate were left for us, it was very nice! We would definitely stay again.

It required several tries to open the building door using the code, but finally we got in. The host informed in advance that door may stuck and what the guest should do in this case, so it wasn't unexpected.

A good clean apartment very near the tram stop with a little bar over the road. Easy access with the door code.

There was a saucepan full of chicken pieces and flies in one of the kitchen cupboards. Obviously from a previous renter. It should have been spotted by the cleaner but it wasnt. So perhaps a more thorough cleaning is necessary.

Nice property. Close to metro station. VERY clean and comfort. No noise.

Location was really close to Dortmund HBF Comfortable beds. Air conditioning. Bathroom as fab and kitchen had necessary items

Apartment was very welcoming, but the neighbourhood seems a little dark and dreary. Not a problem if you've come for the football

Very good place to stay. Very good price for what is offered, clean, decent equipped kitchen with a big table, everything what was needed - it fully met our expectations.

The bed in the living room could be a little bit more comfortable (comparing to the one in bedroom which was very comfortable)

We were allowed to leave the Big Luggage from 12 noon.

Check In from 5pm On the check out date we were asked to give our bed sheets before leaving. Around 9am someone came to collect the sheets and blankets We arrived in Dortmund at 6am and usually we can leave the luggage and enjoy the city, well! The early we could do it was 12 noon. We wasted half day carrying the bags
