Sehr schöne Lage, ruhig, trotz des Kap Arkona in unmittelbarer Nähe. Helle, einladende Wohnung. Im Sommer ist es ratsam tagsüber die Außenrolläden zu nutzen, um es kühl zu halten. Sehr netter Hausmeister. Es lief alles reibungslos, lieben Dank.
