Расположение к пляжу и главной улице- в пешей доступности 5-7мин спокойным шагом, комфортный большой номер со всем необходимым (спальня, ванная, 2 терассы, кухня, необходимая техника)

"Für uns hat das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis nicht gepasst … für diese Ausstattung überteuert ."

Die Lage zum Ortskern.. kurze Wege zu allem . Das man separate Abstellräume hatte für mitgebrachte Fahrräder. Die Größe des Badezimmers .

Die Wohnung könnte ein paar Renovierungen gebrauchen ( fleckiger Teppich / ungemütliche Couch / Essbereich / Besteckkasten / Radio Empfang miserabel / Wintergarten bzw. Essbereich nur mit Faltrollos unten zu ertragen da der Blick sonst auf Autos und Mülltonnen war ) die Parkmöglichkeiten waren extrem eng und verbaut . Wir hatten auch schon ältere Appartements … aber dann saubere als dieses. Dieses können wir auch nicht weiterempfehlen… da auch die Lage nicht das negative aufwiegen kann.
