Ferienwohnung Nilsson

It was beautiful so well presented stylish and the sofa was amazing. The kitchen you needed for nothing, the owner helped us and was so helpful and our friends helped with collection of keys . The balcony was amazing even in the rain and wind but I do smoke and there was an ashtray. We did have a phone call asking us if this was us throwing butts over the balcony ! This did shock us as I would never do this so the neighbours are quick to call him to report if anything suspicious etc. but the owner called us and spoke with our German family due translation and this was quickly sorted and we assured him we are a professional couple and even at home we would not do this. The bathroom was amazing the shower and heating and towels all amazing as it was Dec as we went to see family for Christmas . We will stay here again as right next to station so easy transport and a walk away from family. Thank you for having us .

The pillows on the beds, I have a bad back and the mattress was lovely but the pillows not so good, I did bring my own as I always do but son and husband both had to also use pillows from sofa. Also I know it’s Germany but no English channels and unable to sign in to apps and the welcome book English translation so we know best places and taxi numbers and directions to shops things like this as one night we wanted to chill out family lent us there fire stick in the end . But this would be good to look into x

Everything was perfect. The owner and his daughter made sure that nothing misses and we were having a good time. We came there for European matches and the apartment was big and comfortable.

Great location and superb communication with host. A great base from which to explore Hamburg (with the station a short walk away) and good local facilities (bakery & supermarket). Apartment was accurately described & photographed.

Everyone has different preferences, but for us the beds were too soft. Everything else was great.
