It is very noisy in the evening and night: main street + other guests; the shower only with cold or boiling water--no water mixing; in kitchen and bathroom/toilet no curtains, free view to neighbours; mold in the shower stall; grey towels

The location was fine, if you wanted to visit the klinikum

There was no microwave, no oil to cook, no plates or utensils. Then what is the point of booking a room with kitchen.

Received an upgrade to a bigger room. Bed really comfortable.

Bathroom very old. Kitchenette not very well equipped.

The place was well decorated and cleaned.

A few hours before our arrival we have received a message informing that the booked apartment (with doble bed) was not available but there was another one that could be ours (with twin beds). We were already arriving so we had to accept, because we had no time to look for alternatives. The twin beds were not what we expeted: it was a single bed and a sofa. Small and unconfortables. One of the beds was to close to the radiator, so when you turn on the bed, you hit the radiator level adjustor. The hot water was unstable. It was not possible to take a quick shower without constant variations on temperature. The warming sistem of the room was also bad. Did not worked on the toilet, and was disconected most of the time.

We booked this apartment for one night as my daughter needed to undergo certain examinations at a nearby hospital. We paid in advance. However, upon our arrival, the owner informed us that something was damaged in the apartment and he couldn't fix it, so he suggested cancelling our reservation. A few hours later, he claimed that the damage had been repaired and we could proceed with our stay. When we arrived, we found that the key was supposed to be in the safe, but there was no key present, so we were unable to enter the apartment. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner via phone, messages, and emails, we received no response. Even Booking.com's efforts to reach the owner were unsuccessful. It was 9 p.m, my child was exhausted, and we were stranded. We were fortunate that Booking.com assisted us in finding alternative accommodations nearby. This was by far the worst experience we've ever had, and I strongly advise against booking this apartment.
