Superb location and very friendly and helpful owner. Walking distance 5min to station but zero noise as it’s end of line and no trains at night. No traffic noise either had solid sleeps. Loved the outdoor courtyard great place to sit enjoy meal watch stars; that backs right on to a walking cycle trail along a gorgeous stream that you can paddle in. Lots of room everything works and plenty spaces to sit. Enough stuff for kitchen to self cater. Easy to also walk to town with many shops cafes restaurants nearby and also sport bike hire nearby.

Some noise from upstairs at times but didn’t bother me as early riser. Some things could use updating but these don’t detract from the overall benefits of the place which are location space quiet convenient and proceed accordingly. Eg better hairdryer which matters if you’re offering one that it does the job and feels safe. Shower didn’t drain very well and the base is part bath but it did eventually drain. Water pressure in kitchen is a trickle but you can fill from bathroom so not such a big problem. General update needed in bathroom and much better light needed as quite dim.

Everything was amazing. Very clean and comfortable room. Fully equiped with everything needed. Location is just next to centre. In anything what You need will help reliable quartermaster.

Incredibly cozy and quite neighborhood. This was the second time I stayed here, and have decided whenever I intend to go to the Oberammergau/Garmisch area, I will first look for availability here.

They only accept bookings over a certain number of days, but i suppose that helps keep the cost down.

The room offered everything You need. The view to the mountains was excelent. The house is very close to the centre.

Close and convenient to the center of town. The place was quite spacious and had a lovely view from the patio. It was clean and had a washer and dryer.
