Apartment Homburg Uni-Nähe

Lots of parking space, and it was very clean.

Instructions were a bit confusing. Entrance is between building 8 and 10. Don't search for building 8-10 And it was a bit noisy outside (there was a drunk person outside with portable huge speaker)

It was very hot outside and therefore the apartment was a little too hot

The arrival was easy. Our key was left in a mailbox and I was given the pin number to the mailbox and we were given the code to the car park out the back so we could park our car there. The room is quite big and has a very nice double bed and single bed and a table with a few chairs and the bathroom was nice

The apartment building is very scruffy. The apartment itself is very basic. It´s sleeps 3 and you get 3 cups and plates. We had a kettle but no tea or coffee. The kitchen has a very small 2 ring hob and a fridge you can´t get very much in. For 2 nights we a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and 1 bath towel between us. We had a balcony but there wasn´t any furniture so we couldn´t sit out. There is nothing stopping the people from the room next door from stepping across the little fence onto our balcony so when we went out we took everything with us in case it wasn´t there when we got back. The room doesn´t have air conditioning and it´s in the middle of a town with a shopping centre next door and it´s very close to a motorway junction and it´s very busy all night so you either sleep in stuffy room in the middle of summer or have the balcony door open and are kept awake by the traffic.

Good place to stay. Clean and has everything for a Short stay.

Great location.Easy to access. All facilities nearby. Even though we didn't meet the owner , our key collection & stay was smooth. Everything was explained perfectly. She even asked us to take one toy for our kid while leaving :) .

Even though it is not the issue of the owner, we had some cigarette smell even inside the room at times( coming from other rooms i guess) . As mentioned , can't help because it is an apartment complex.
