We absolutely loved the view to the Alps.

1. The code to unlock the key was provided only after we got to the location and made several phone calls which went unanswered for about an hour or so. 2. The apartment is located in the attic, be prepared to carry luggage some two flights of steep stairs. 3. The bathtub where you're expected to shower is located 1.5m under the roof so you can't possibly stand. The only way you can wash is either sitting in the bathtub, squatting or bending over. 4. Requirements to vacuum and dismantle the bed sheets seem a little too excessive. The cost for the room is more than enough to cover cleaning. 5. The apartment is located in a villa with several other rentals and some owners who live there. Quite crowded, noisy at times. 6. Parking is first come first served, and located on a slope after quite a steep drive. 7. There's no human contact available in case of an emergency. The office managing the property rarely answers the phone and don't speak English. 8.

Tolle Aussicht. Kleine und feine Wohnung. Ausstattung war für unsere Bedürfnisse vollständig ausreichend. Alles war gut erklärt. Die Vermieterin hat uns beim Check in geholfen. Dir Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich.

Folgendes ist jetzt nicht unbedingt als Kritik zu verstehen, sondern eher eine Feststellung: Die Wohnung ist wegen Dachgeschoss eher für kleinere Menschen. Man kann sich auch mit knapp 1,70 mal den Kopf an der Lampe stoßen.

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend, man kann hier lange wandern. Das Haus ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt davor. Natürlich muss man in der Gegend vorsichtig fahren, da die Straßen ziemlich kurvig sind. Bis zum Stadtzentrum ist es nicht weit, alle Geschäfte sind gut erreichbar, man muss aber eher hinfahren. Die Wohnung selbst ist für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Sie liegt in Obergeschoss , wenn jemand gehbehindert ist, dann kann problematisch sien, da viele Stufen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und zweckmäßig. Eine kleine Küchennische ist auch da, für uns war es ausreichend. Die notwendigen Utensilien, Geschirr, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster waren auch da. Check-in ab 15 Uhr, die Schlüssel sind in einem Schließfach. Internet ist vorhanden, sehr gute Geschwindigkeit. Fensterblick ist auch fantastisch, ich liebe Berchtesgaden 😃. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und wir würden jederzeit noch einmal kommen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

We checked in bit late around 10pm after long ride from Netherlands. There were no shower gel or shampoo in the apartment to take a proper bath. This was not mentioned even at the booking. I tried to reach out the owner through whatsapp , mobile and email. Nothing worked. The other day below was his exact email reply which I found very unprofessional. “Sorry You booked an apartment not a hotel room. There is no shower gel. But if you like you can use the sope” I don’t recommend this place.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, grösse ist prima für zwei Personen. Mit Balkon der einen einen traumhaft schönen Ausblick gibt.

The location was great with lovely views, direct access to the walking paths and the accommodation was spotlessly clean.

The house is really comfortable and the balcony was our favorite place, with a great view.
