Die Lage ist eigentlich sehr gut, der Garten zur Benutzung sehr schön, allerdings bei 4 Appartements und nur mit 2 Sitzgruppen mit 3 Stühlen jeweils, sehr ungemütlich und unruhig. Leider gab es auch keine Stuhlauflagen und die Stühle und der Tisch in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand.

Im Wohnzimmer gab es nur 2 Sessel und keinen Tisch. Bad war im Keller und hatte nur eine Deckenhöhe von 2 m, was in der Dusche echt blöd war. Die Küche war ein paar Stufen höher und sehr spartanisch und unter dem Kühlschrank waren Mäuseköddel. Einen Staubsauger gab es nicht nur einen sehr schäbigen Besen.
