Ostseeblick Rügen

Die historische Lage der Ferienwohnung war toll, die Nähe zum Strand war sehr schön und angenehm. Auf den ersten Blick auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zugewiesenen Parkplatz und Fahrradkeller fanden wir auch super! Bushaltestellen am Wohnblock auch sehr praktisch und auch die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge sehr toll.

Die Ferienwohnung dürfte etwas mehr Pflege bekommen. Die Aufteilung war nicht so toll. Die beiden Schlafzimmer nur durch Glasscheiben getrennt, je nachdem mit wem man verreist, z.B. 2 Pärchen ganz schön doof, denn das eine Schlafzimmer kann nicht belüftet werden, ohne das zweite. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich war total kaputt bzw. unbequem. Die Couchkissen wurden schon lange nicht mehr gewaschen (Schwitzränder). Die Farbe an den Wänden abgeschossen und nur ein kleiner Tisch auf dem Balkon, da können 2 Leute daran essen, aber keine 3 oder 4. Wobei Stühle zum Sitzen genug da waren. Besteck war auch nicht vollständig. Auch ganz schön doof, die Bezeichnung der Wohnblocks und der Ferienwohnung stimmt nicht überein. Unsere Ferienwohnung hatte einen Namen, der nirgends aufgetaucht ist, weder am Klingelschild, noch am Wohnblock.....und wie in den vorherigen Rezessionen die Sache mit dem Pool....19.90€ / Benutzung ....ist es definitiv nicht wert! Die Handtücher waren total abgenutzt/dünn und die Bettwäsche roch nicht gut. Frische Wäsche/Handtücher bekam man nur gegen Gebühr. Die eine Matratze war so durchgelegen, dass man die Kuhle schon beim Bett aufdecken sah. Das Personal war ziemlich einsilbig und sehr unprofessionell.

I think there should be a bit more flexibility with key collection. After arriving at the location, picking up the keys, we drove to the location. We are not locals, so it is difficult to find our way around their facilities and that is natural. We searched for a long time for the apartment in question, until we asked the residents where it was, so I thank them for helping us, because we could not get through to the phone number, no-one picked up the phone... Also, at the reception at the very beginning we got a card to use the pool, but it was not activated, so we had to go back to the reception to get it activated, and finally they decided that it didn't belong to us and took it away. Also, when we asked where we could rent the pool, they took a map and defined the exact wrong place to rent it, so the cleaners helped us with that. The receptionists should know more about the place that is being rented, and also give precise information, because we are not locals... so that tourists don't have to walk for a long time to find an apartment, or to be escorted to the apartment.
