Great location, warm and comfortable

All good

We stayed at apartment number 1 on the first floor. The apartment is very spacious, beds are comfortable and it's very warm, clean and bright with high high ceiling. No noise from the outside because it faces the courtyard. The location is great, within walking distance from every major sights. The central station is 5 min walking and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes.

We only have some suggestions to improve: They could use a coat hanger and some bed side lamps. We didn't like that the bathroom has no window but it wasn't a problem. You can hear noise from other people in the apartments next door.

Location, spacious room, well equipped. We liked it and would stay here again.

Getting in was difficult. No emailed details about how to get in. Just a phone number. The property is marketed as City Apartment 8, but there is no signage, just a dirty doorway. And the owner (Mahmoud) doesn't speak English. However, after a difficult time accessing the lockbox and getting suitcases up the narrow staircase, we were really pleased with the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Appartamento di buone dimensioni, arredato in modo essenziale, ma molto confortevole e tranquillo. Presente una piccola cucina e la lavatrice. Pulizia ottima e riscaldamento perfettamente funzionante. Ottima posizione a due passi dalla stazione centrale, nelle vicinanze ci sono anche numerosi bar e ristoranti.

Da migliorare la comunicazione con l'host. Dopo la prenotazione ho ricevuto un messaggio, esclusivamente in tedesco, nel quale si diceva di comunicare l'orario di arrivo al numero di telefono. Nonostante abbia mandato due messaggi sull'app booking e due messaggi su whatsapp per dire che ero in ritardo, non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta e o dovuto chiamare direttamente al telefono, quando ero davanti alla porta di ingresso, per avere il codice della key-box. Fortunatamente hanno risposto subito e non ci sono stati problemi, ma perchè non rispondere prima ai messaggi? Per chi non parla bene inglese o tedesco può essere un problema.
