The parking

The apartment had not been cleaned at all. There was hair everywhere, the sheets were dirty (dead skins, hair and bad smell...) and we had to change the sheets ourselves when we arrived. It was a horror show. Never had this kind of experience before. Especially considering the high price asked for the apartment. The apartment had obviously not been taken care of for a quite long time as there was a dead plant, and overall the apartment is old and the equipment in a bad shape. We complained and got a small refund, but still, the experience was horrific.

I liked everything.

Nice light, modern and clean apartment in a quiet location close to the gardens. There was also free parking available in the building which was useful for us as we had a hire car. There is a height limit of 1.5m on your car though, so bare that in mind if you need to park. Check in was smooth and straight forward via a lockbox for self check in. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages and provided lots of helpful information for checking in and parking the car, they also made sure we checked in OK which was nice.

Nothing major really. Only thing I would say is you are on the ground floor and near the main entrance to the building so the balcony area isn't very private if you want to sit outside (not that we did as the weather was too cold). Other than that it was a nice, airy apartment and served its purpose for us. We were only there 1 night so didn't really spend much time in the apartment, but if we're ever in Würzburg again I would come back here and would recommend.
