Die Wohnung liegt in günstiger Lage zu ÖPNV, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kaffeemaschine (Senseo) und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden. Vorteilhaft ist, dass kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen; diese muss man aber buchen.

Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, wenn man nicht gerade selbst kochen will. Eine Kochgelegenheit fehlt leider. Die Beleuchtung am Esstisch ist unzureichend. Auch sollte eine Teekanne bereitgestellt werden. Beim Umgang mit der Zugangskarte ist Vorsicht geboten. Sie kann leicht brechen und funktioniert dann nicht mehr. Wenn man die Karte beschädigt, werden € 10,- fällig.
