Sehr gute und nette Einweisung und Infos vom Vermieter

3. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl ist nicht für jedermann. Geruchs- und Geräuschbelastung durch andere Bewohner im Haus sehr unangenehm.

Gute und freundliche Kommunikation vom Gastgeber. Problemloser Check-in durch Schlüsselbox und Türcode. Parken problemlos auf der Straße. Bushaltestelle vor der Türe. Appartement sehr sauber

Leider im Hochsommer nicht zu empfehlen. Ab dem Nachmittag volle Sonneneinstrahlung auf das Fenster und der Raum heizt sich auf. Keine Rolläden zum Schutz. Vorhandener Vorhang kann nicht gegen die Wärme helfen und dunkelt den Raum auch nicht ab. Morgens sehr früh hell im Zimmer

"Schönes Design, aber leider unangenehmes Wohngefühl."

Gute Ausstattung, Kaffeekapseln und Tee, Spülmittel, Handtücher, Seife, alles was man braucht. Schön eingerichtet.

Die Wohnanlage war schmutzig, die Fenster waren vollgestaubt, das Appartment roch nach altem Rauch. Im Bad waren noch Haare auf dem Boden.
