Tolle Unterkunft am Strand und sehr stadtnah. Nette Betreuung. Wahlweise Frühstück, wenn man möchte.

Die versteckten Kosten für Endreinigung und Parkplatz. Das es einen Stellplatz gab, war natürlich gut. Aber beides eben nicht klar beschrieben.

In der Ferienwohnung lief das Frühstück in Eigenversorgung. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, direkt an der Strandpromenade.

Breakfast perfekt, but 6 Houses away.

Not only street under construction, also work in front of the balcony of our sleeping room. Earliest start of work at 6:57. Heavy digging machines in the front of sleeping window.

"Weihnachten zu dritt in der schönsten Villa von Binz"

Die Aussicht ist unglaublich schön. Villa Baltik ist die schönste Villa von außen an der Promenade. Zwei Bäder einmal mit Badewanne und Dusche sehr komfortabel. Das Treppenhaus war weihnachtlich geschmückt. Man ist sofort an der Promenade und am Strand und zur Ortsmitte ist es ein Katzensprung. Wir sind mit Baby angereist, Bettchen und Hochstuhl wurden gestellt. Haben schöne Weihnachten verbracht.

Der Fernseher ist bestimmt schon 20 Jahre alt und viel zu klein, Fernseher kosten heute nicht mehr die Welt, Smart TV wäre ideal damit man auch abends seine Streaming Dienste nutzen kann und nicht auf das normale TV angewiesen ist. Fenster teilweise schmutzig und mit Spinnweben versehen. Leider gab es keine Handseife. Den TV im Schlafzimmer kann man nicht mehr TV nennen eher ein Tablet an der Wand. 😀
