Ruime woonkamer en 1 heel grote slaapkamer . Gastheer zeer aardig en servicegericht.

Locatie is industriegebied, maar in paar honderd meter begin van de buitenwijk. 10 minuten fietsen van centrum. Keuken mist een klein pannetje, de woonkamer mist wat gezelligheid/warmte. Rest prima. Bedden allemaal te hard.
