1. Location, 10-15 minutes to the centre 2. Apartment, clean and has all the facilities including the washing machine , tea and coffee 3. Owner, was very friendly and helpful with his guidance. 4. The apartment is very cleaned and well maintained including new renovated bathroom 5. There is a car park but the entrance is difficult for SUV cars

Everything was good, especially the delivery of the apartment, all the accessories of the apartment were arranged as if you went to your own home, nothing was missing.

Apartment is very well located, close to the city center and the central train station. Room was clean and as described, including a brand new bathroom

The bathroom looked new but it seemed not very well cleaned after the construction was done
