Ein wirklich großes Appartment mit einem schönen Innenhof und einer guten Ausstattung. Lage ist optimal zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt. Ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Bremen

Das Wohnzimmer ist eher dunkel, wenig natürliches Licht. Die Umgebung kann abends/nachts ziemlich unangenehm werden, aber das ist eben so im Bahnhofsviertel. Das "Kino" nebenan spielt die halbe Nacht Musik, die man zumindest dumpf durch die Wände hört.

Het appartement is enorm groot en je hebt super veel faciliteiten en een heerlijke tuin. Het bed is iets harder maar dat vindt ik persoonlijk top. Ook zag ik negatieve reacties op de locatie , maar je bent in 5/10 min lopen in de stad. Anders kan je een uber pakken voor maximaal €10 euro en sta je aan de andere kant van het centrum.

Kleine puntjes op de i met schoonmaken denk aan een spinnenweb in de hoek of bij de deur opening als je binnenkomt.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war überraschend gut. Das hatten wir nicht erwartet.

Very nice and clean place with a real reasonable price

The apartment and kitchen was well equipped even with a very good coffee machine with coffee included in the price. The host answered always to my emails and phone calls within a short time. The apartment is quite spacious and well equipped just in front of a very good supermarket Edeka and at 5 minutes from the station.

The location is not good, in a dirty area with signs of clear social diseases. One is worried when he comes back alone at night. The apartment is below the street level and the windows you can open (without being seen) are in the a courtyard. The contact with the host was never in person, very professional, but always via email and phone. There is no waste sorting, only one waste bin in the alley behind the house where you throw everything, and in the alley it seesm not a good idea to go in the evening or night alone. For all these reasons I think the price is high for Bremen.
