Die Lage zum Strand

Betten sehr durchgelegen und sehr unbequem veraltet . Ausstattung sehr veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung gleich Null .

Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist nur für Fahrzeuge bis 1,50 m, zugelassen, da es ein Doppeldeck Parkplatz mit einer Hubbühne ist. Die Einfahrt der Tiefgarage ist mit einer Dachgepäckbox nicht möglich. Die Wohnung ist mittlerweile abgenutzt und wurde vorher nicht richtig gereinigt. (z.b. Dreckige Gläser und Tassen im Schrank, Teppiche wo der Grund schon sichtbar ist). Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos, allerdings standen auf den Schlüsseln nur die Nummern der Agentur, welche aber an den Wohnungen nicht zu finden sind. Wir haben dann ausprobiert, wo unser Schlüssel passt.
